Refrigerant Air Dryers - We supply a full range of refrigerant, compressed air dryers. Our refrigerant dryers incorporate the environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant gas.

Desiccant Air Dryers - Designed for use where pressure dew-points as low as –70°C are required, the Avelair desiccant dryers are available as either heat-less or heat regenerative options, combining desiccant drying performance with almost zero compressed air loss through purge. These dryers are supplied complete with pre and after filtration, electronic zero loss drains and optional dew-point switching.

Up to 190 million contaminant particles per cubic metre in the ambient air are drawn in by the compressor. With compression, these contaminants can be concentrated by up to ten times. This concentration of contaminants become aggressive when combined with oil vapour, water condensate and the heat of compression. Avelair high efficiency compressed air filters ensure that this contaminant is removed before it enters the compressed air system, thereby ensuring clean compressed air at the point of use.

Correctly sized, the air receiver is very important in allowing the compressor control to function correctly and serves as a reservoir for intermittent demands in excess of the compressor's output. An additional benefit is that the air receiver cools the compressed air and precipitates condensate, allowing it to be removed from the air receiver, via a drain. Air receivers should be sited after the compressor and before the compressed air dryer.

Blowers are available from 4 kW - 160 kW, pressures up to 2 bar.

Supplied to customers specifications, the air blowers are generally fitted with intake and exhaust silencers and pressure relief valves.
